Begin by approaching God and asking for his help as you read and pray.

Read a passage from the Bible and then meditate on it. It can be done by reading it three to four times or by listing the things it says about yourself or the examples you can follow, instructions to obey , or promises to keep.

Make your prayer a ritual by making confession, adoration prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Pray for your immediate needs and worries, and take time to be in God’s presence.

Find a partner in accountability, a family member or friend member who will be checking in with you and help you to keep to your routine. They could even be a part of your prayers and share their own experiences.
