Read a passage from the Bible and reflect on it for a while. It can be done by reading it three to four times, or listing the things it says about yourself, the examples you can follow, instructions to obey , or promises to claim.
Structure your prayer by praying for adoration, confession prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Make a prayer for your needs and pressing concerns as well as taking time to enjoy God’s presence.

This can make your time in prayer more personal and meaningful.
It is also possible to incorporate various forms prayers into your daily routine. For example, try a silent prayer, contemplative prayer, or even journaling your prayers. This can keep your prayer practice from becoming monotonous and add the variety you need to your spiritual practice.

Find a partner in accountability, a family member or friend member who will check on you regularly and help you to keep to your routine. They can even join you in prayer and share their own experiences.
