Begin by approaching God and asking for his blessing as you read and meditate.
Go through a section of the Bible and meditate on it. This can be accomplished by reading it three to four times or by listing anything it tells you about yourself or guidelines to obey , or promises to make.
Structure your prayer by praying for adoration, confession as well as petition and thanksgiving. Make a prayer for your urgent needs and concerns, and take time to be in God’s presence.
