The best thing about a prayer routine is that it is customizable to fit your needs. Some people may only have a few minutes to spare while others might have a half an time or even more. The key is that you make this a regular element of your day-to-day routine. If you don’t make it through a day or two do not fret! Get back on track the following day.
The practice of daily prayer is an excellent opportunity to begin this new year feeling a new feeling of purpose and feeling of connection to the divine. It’s a powerful way to begin your day by keeping your eyes to the Lord and aligning your thoughts and actions in accordance with His plan.
Another way to increase your prayer routine is to create a more engaging. Instead of simply reciting words, try to engage with God on a deeper level. Try using your imagination to picture the scenes described within the Bible. Make an effort to experience the emotion of each character and put yourself in their position. This can make your time in prayer more meaningful and personal.
It is also possible to incorporate different types of prayer into your daily routine. For example, try a silent prayers, contemplative prayers, or even journaling your prayers. This can keep your prayer practice from becoming repetitive and provide some variety to your daily spiritual routine.
