Take a chapter from the Bible and reflect on it for a while. It can be done by reading the passage three to four times, or writing down the things it says about yourself, guidelines to follow or promises to make.
Structure your prayer by praying for adoration, confession as well as petition and thanksgiving. Pray for your urgent needs and concerns, and take time to sit in the presence of God.

One of the best methods to keep yourself motivated and on track with your daily prayers is sharing it with other people. Find a partner in accountability, a family member or friend member who will be checking in with you and help you to adhere to your schedule. They could even join you in prayers and share their own experiences.
