Make your prayer a ritual by offering adoration, confession, petition, and thanksgiving. Make a prayer for your needs and pressing concerns as well as taking time to sit in the presence of God.
The beauty of praying is that it’s customizable to meet your requirements. Many people might only have a few minutes to spare, while others may be able to devote a whole hours or longer. This can make your time in prayer more meaningful and personal.
It is also possible to incorporate various forms prayers into your day-to-day routine. For example, try silent prayer, contemplative prayer or even journaling your prayers. This can keep your prayer routine from becoming monotonous and add variety to your spiritual routine.

Find a accountability partner either a close friend or family member who can check in with you and encourage you to keep to your schedule. They can even join you in prayer and share their own experiences.
