Begin by talking to God, ask for his help while you read and pray.
Read a passage from the Bible and meditate on it. This can be done by reading the passage three to four times, or listing anything it tells you about yourself, examples to follow, commands to obey , or promises to make.
Structure your prayer by offering adoration, confession as well as petition and thanksgiving. Pray for your immediate needs and worries, and take time to enjoy God’s presence.
The great thing about the prayer time routine is that it can be adapted to meet your requirements. Many people might only have a few minutes to spare while others might be able to devote a whole hours or longer. It’s important that you make this a regular element of your day-to-day routine. Use your imagination and try to visualize the scenes within the Bible. Try to feel the emotions of the characters and put yourself in their position. This can make your time in prayer more meaningful and personal.
It is also possible to incorporate different types prayers into your daily routine. For example, try a silent prayers, contemplative prayers, or even journaling your prayers. This will prevent your prayer practice from becoming repetitive and provide variety to your spiritual routine.

Find a accountability partner either a close friend or family member who will check on you regularly and help you to keep to your schedule. They could even be a part of your prayers and share their own experiences.
Remember, the goal of daily prayer is to deepen your relationship with God and ensure that your actions and thoughts are in line to His plan.
