After you’ve decided on the most appropriate time for prayer You can begin to establish a routine. Here’s an example of a pattern that you can follow daily for morning prayers:
Begin by talking to God and asking for his help as you read and meditate.
Go through a section of the Bible and then meditate on the passage. This can be accomplished by reading it three to four times or by listing everything it reveals about yourself, the examples you can follow, instructions to obey or promises to keep.
Structure your prayer by making confession, adoration as well as petition and thanksgiving. Prayerfully address your immediate needs and worries as well as taking time to be in God’s presence.
The beauty of praying is that it is customizable to meet your requirements. Some people may only have some minutes and others could have a half an hours or longer. Try using your imagination to visualize the scenes in the Bible. Try to feel the emotions of the characters, and put yourself in their position. This can make your time in prayer more personal and meaningful.
Try incorporating various forms prayers into your routine. For example, try silent prayer, contemplative prayer or even writing your prayers. This will prevent your prayer practice from becoming monotonous and add the variety you need to your spiritual practice.

They could even join you in prayers and share their own experiences.
