Begin by addressing God to ask for his presence as you read and meditate.

Go through a section of the Bible and reflect on it. This can be accomplished by reading it three or four times, or writing down everything it reveals about yourself, or the examples you can follow, instructions to obey , or promises to claim.

Make your prayer a ritual by praying for adoration, confession prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Prayerfully address your needs and pressing concerns, and take time to sit in the presence of God.

The beauty of the prayer time routine is that it is customizable to suit your needs. Some people may only have a few minutes to spare while others might have a half an hours or longer. The key is making it a consistent element of your day-to-day routine. If you fall off a day or two do not fret! Get back on track the next day.

It is also possible to incorporate various forms of prayer into your daily routine. For example, try a silent prayers, contemplative prayers, or even journaling your prayers. This can keep your prayer routine from becoming repetitive and provide variety to your spiritual routine.

They could even join you in prayer and share their own experiences.
