Make your prayer a ritual by praying for adoration, confession prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Prayerfully address your immediate needs and worries, and take time to enjoy God’s presence.

Find an accountability partner, a friend or family member who will be checking in with you and encourage you to keep to your schedule. They could even join you in prayer and share their own experiences.
