Structure your prayer by making confession, adoration prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Pray for your needs and pressing concerns as well as taking time to enjoy God’s presence.

Find a accountability partner, a family member or friend member who will be checking on you regularly and help you to keep to your schedule. They can even join you in prayer and share their own experiences.
