So, how do you start? First, you must determine the time of day that is the most suitable time to pray. Some people prefer to start their day with prayer while others find it easier to pray in the evening before going to getting to bed. Test and see what works best for you.

Once you’ve determined the best time to pray then you can begin to build your routine. Here’s an example of a pattern that you can follow daily for prayer in the morning:

Begin by talking to God, ask for his presence as you read and meditate.

Find a accountability partner, a family member or friend member who will check in with you and help you to adhere to your daily routine. They can even be a part of your prayer and share their personal experiences.

Remember, the goal of a daily prayer practice is to increase your connection with God and make sure that your thoughts and actions are aligned to His plan. It’s not about achieving perfection or adhering to a strict set of rules, it’s about being consistent and deliberate in your life of faith. 1. A Morning Prayer for Strength

Dear God, I’m weary and don’t know what time this “race” will end in my life. It seems like I’ve been running for years trying to beat this trial. Help me to not try to beat my pain and instead run with endurance the race that you have set before me. I am confident that because of you I am ultimately triumphant over all the challenges that I face in life. I am certain that nothing can keep me from your unwavering love. Help me align my work, family and church activities, as well as rest in a manner that would maximize the glory of your name and allow me to be the best fruitful for your kingdom.
