Structure your prayer by offering adoration, confession, petition, and thanksgiving. Prayerfully address your immediate needs and worries as well as taking time to sit in the presence of God.

It is also possible to incorporate different forms in your prayer daily routine. For instance, you can try silent prayer, contemplative prayer or even journaling your prayers. This will keep your prayer routine from becoming monotonous and add some variety to your daily spiritual routine.

They can even join you in prayer and share their personal experiences.
