Go through a section of the Bible and then meditate on the passage. This can be done by reading it three to four times or by listing everything it reveals about yourself, or examples to follow, commands to obey , or promises to keep.
Your prayer should be structured by making confession, adoration as well as petition and thanksgiving. Pray for your urgent needs and concerns and then take time to enjoy God’s presence.

Find a accountability partner either a close friend or family member who can check in with you and encourage you to adhere to your daily routine. They could even join you in prayer and share their personal experiences.
