Once you’ve identified the ideal time for prayer then you can begin to establish a routine. Here’s an example of a daily pattern for morning prayers:
Begin by addressing God and asking for his help while you read and pray.
Read a passage from the Bible and meditate on it. This can be accomplished by reading it three to four times or by listing the things it says about yourself, the examples you can follow, instructions to obey or promises to keep.
Make your prayer a ritual by making confession, adoration prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Prayerfully address your needs and pressing concerns, and take time to sit in the presence of God.
The best thing about the prayer time routine is that it is customizable to meet your requirements. Some people may only have some minutes and others could be able to devote a whole hours or longer. It’s important to make it a consistent part of your daily routine. If you don’t make it through a day or two Don’t be concerned! Just get back on track the next day.

Use your imagination and try to picture the scenes described within the Bible. Try to feel the emotions of the characters, and put yourself in their the shoes of their characters. This will make your prayer time more meaningful and personal.
Try incorporating different forms in your prayer daily routine. For example, try a silent prayers, contemplative prayers, or even journaling your prayers. This will prevent your prayer practice from becoming repetitive and provide some variety to your daily spiritual routine.
One of the most effective methods to keep yourself focused and in line with your prayer practice is by sharing it with others. Find an accountability partner, a family member or friend member who will be checking in with you and help you to keep to your routine. They could even be a part of your prayer and share their own experiences.
Remember, the goal of a daily prayer practice is to deepen your relationship with God and align your thoughts and actions with His will.
