Once you’ve identified the ideal time to pray, you can start to build your routine. Here’s an example of a daily pattern for morning prayers:
Begin by addressing God and asking for his presence as you read and meditate.
Go through a section of the Bible and reflect on it. It can be done by reading the passage three to four times, or writing down anything it tells you about yourself or the examples you can follow, instructions to follow or promises to claim.
Your prayer should be structured by offering adoration, confession prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Make a prayer for your needs and pressing concerns, and take time to sit in the presence of God.
The great thing about praying is that it’s customizable to fit your needs. Some people may only have some minutes and others could have a half an hour or more. The trick is to make it a regular part of your daily routine. If you don’t make it through the occasional day or two do not fret! Get back on track the following day.

Try using your imagination to visualize the scenes within the Bible. Make an effort to experience the emotion of each character, and put yourself in their the shoes of their characters. This makes your time of prayer more personal and meaningful.
Try incorporating different forms prayers into your routine. For example, try a silent prayers, contemplative prayers, or even writing your prayers. This will keep your prayer routine from becoming monotonous and add some variety to your daily spiritual routine.
One of the most effective ways to remain focused and in line with your daily prayers is sharing your practice with others. Find a partner in accountability either a close friend or family member who will check on you regularly and help you to adhere to your routine. They can even join you in prayer and share their personal experiences.
The goal of a regular prayer routine is to strengthen your relationship with God and align your thoughts and actions to His plan.
