It is also possible to incorporate different forms in your prayer routine. For example, try a silent prayer, contemplative prayer or even writing down your prayers. This will prevent your prayer routine from becoming monotonous and add the variety you need to your spiritual practice.

Find a partner in accountability, a friend or family member who will check in with you and encourage you to adhere to your routine. They could even be a part of your prayers and share their own experiences.
