Begin by approaching God to ask for his presence as you read and pray.
Take a chapter from the Bible and reflect on the passage. This can be accomplished by reading it three to four times or by listing everything it reveals about yourself, examples to follow, commands to obey , or promises to claim.
Structure your prayer by offering adoration, confession as well as petition and thanksgiving. Prayerfully address your immediate needs and worries, and take time to sit in the presence of God.

Find a partner in accountability either a close friend or family member who can check in with you and help you to adhere to your daily routine.
