Begin by talking to God and asking for his presence while you read and pray.
Take a chapter from the Bible and meditate on the passage. This can be done by reading the passage three to four times, or writing down anything it tells you about yourself, examples to follow, commands to obey , or promises to keep.
Make your prayer a ritual by offering adoration, confession as well as petition and thanksgiving. Pray for your urgent needs and concerns as well as taking time to enjoy God’s presence.
The best thing about a prayer routine is that it is customizable to meet your requirements. Some people may only have a few minutes to spare and others could be able to devote a whole time or even more. The key is that you make this a constant part of your routine.
