Take a chapter from the Bible and meditate on the passage. This can be accomplished by reading it three to four times, or listing everything it reveals about yourself, or guidelines to obey or promises to keep.
Make your prayer a ritual by making confession, adoration, petition, and thanksgiving. Pray for your immediate needs and worries and then take time to sit in the presence of God.

This will make your prayer time more meaningful and personal.
You can also try incorporating different forms prayers into your daily routine. For example, try a silent prayers, contemplative prayers, or even journaling your prayers. This will keep your prayer practice from becoming monotonous and add some variety to your daily spiritual routine.

Find an accountability partner, a family member or friend member who can check on you regularly and help you to adhere to your daily routine. They can even join you in prayer and share their personal experiences.
Remember, the goal of daily prayer is to increase your connection with God and ensure that your actions and thoughts are in line to His plan.
