Begin by approaching God, ask for his presence as you read and pray.

Go through a section of the Bible and then meditate on the passage. This can be accomplished by reading it three or four times, or listing the things it says about yourself, guidelines to obey , or promises to keep.

Make your prayer a ritual by praying for adoration, confession as well as petition and thanksgiving. Prayerfully address your needs and pressing concerns, and take time to sit in the presence of God.

The best thing about the prayer time routine is that it’s customizable to meet your requirements. Many people might only have some minutes and others could be able to devote a whole time or even more. The key is that you make this a consistent part of your daily routine. If you don’t make it through the occasional day or two Don’t be concerned! Just get back on track the next day.

An everyday prayer practice is a wonderful opportunity to begin this new year feeling a fresh belief in the purpose of your life and a feeling of connection to the divine. It’s an effective way to begin your day by placing your attention to the Lord and aligning your thoughts and actions to His plans.

Try using your imagination to imagine the scenes that are described within the Bible. You can try to imagine the feelings of these characters, and put yourself in their position. This makes your time of prayer more personal and meaningful.

Try incorporating different forms prayers into your daily routine. For instance, you can try silent prayer, contemplative prayer, or even writing down your prayers. This can keep your prayer practice from becoming boring and will add variety to your spiritual routine.

One of the most effective methods to keep yourself engaged and focused on your daily prayers is sharing the practice with others. Find a accountability partner, a family member or friend member who will check in with you and help you to keep to your schedule. They may even be a part of your prayer and share their personal experiences.

Rememberthat the purpose of a regular prayer routine is to deepen your relationship with God and make sure that your thoughts and actions are aligned to His plan.
