Begin by talking to God and asking for his blessing as you read and pray.
Read a passage from the Bible and then meditate on it for a while. It can be done by reading it three or four times or by listing anything it tells you about yourself, the examples you can follow, instructions to obey , or promises to make.
Your prayer should be structured by praying for adoration, confession prayer, thanksgiving, and petition. Prayerfully address your needs and pressing concerns, and take time to be in God’s presence.
The great thing about praying is that it can be adapted to meet your requirements. Many people might only have some minutes, while others may be able to devote a whole hour or more. The trick is that you make this a constant part of your routine. If you don’t make it through the occasional day or two Don’t be concerned! Get back on track the following day.

Find a partner in accountability, a friend or family member who can check in with you and help you to adhere to your routine. They could even be a part of your prayers and share their own experiences.
The goal of daily prayer is to increase your connection with God and align your thoughts and actions in accordance with His plans.
