To apply to our program please forward to my office a current CV, three letters of recommendation (preferably one from your general surgery chair and possibly two vascular surgeons or surgeons familiar with your training and skills), a copy of your medical school record with Board scores and any other materials you wish us to consider (such as successful completion of your General Surgical Board examinations if appropriate). Use of the standard form provided on the web will help to expedite the process (www.aamc.org/eras), send both hard copy and e-mail (this is not required as yet).
